Aggregor was able to build a machine to get around the "only gain a fraction" part, but he still needed a certain kind of <span style="line-height:20px;">Celestialsapian for his plan to work</span> </p><p><span style="line-height:20px;">Also since their powers can be absorbed that implies a weakness which OPs don't have. </span> </p>

They take eons to decide on anything, so they probably took since the begining of the Forge of Creation to choose to make a kid. They could even avoid the whole child loophole by just creating an adult Celestialsapian with their reality warping abilities.  </p>
