I think I'd rather trim my powers to something more managable. Complete Arsenal seems more like an end goal, rather than something I'd want to start with. After all, if you have everything, what's next?

You have Complete Arsenal, youre literally the embodiment of omnipotence. Complete Arsenal is an expression of omnipotence; to have all powers. You are immune to any and all powers including meta power manipulation, etc. Why and how? You have every power, including all immunity powers and powers that allows you to exist outside of reality. You could be like Ajimu Najimi and attempt to create a story and try to thwart yourself, although she failed and tried to kill herself because she couldnt accomplish nothing. She spends trillions of years attempting the impossible again and again and succeeding again and again, she kept attempting the impossible hoping that she would fail, because she realised that she was in a manga. Just a thought, although according to her, "If you want to become a junk character like me then come find me."
I would keep all of them, and if any of my friends want any I would make great use of Remaking. Mindshifting and Perspective Designing would be tantamount to my state of being and lie at the forefront of my powers. After all, all the frightening aspects of CA and it's threatening our free will could simply be done away with by a simple change in perspective.
Something I always wondered though, does Complete Arsenal include Omniscience and Omnipresence or are they in a different Category?

What? That's what Absolute Restoration is for.
Why no love for the magic powers?
Surprised to see that not come up until recently. Fuck creating a perfect place to live for any party involved, I'm just gonna dick around with all these powers. Not that there's anything wrong with that, just saying.

Very, very true. Life and happiness both are a journey rather than the destination, so the most reasonable choice is to balance things out to make this journey as awesome as possible ^ ^
@ BraveHeart : That's usually what I start doing in video games via cheating tools, but it all gets real boring and meaningless pretty fast, since nothing achieved this way has any value. So I look for the best possible minimal cheat, that maximizes the fun while preserving all the progressive mechanics and motivational reward system that makes the game interesting to play.

I'm more of a science fiction guy than fantasy because I've always found science more appealing than magic.
@Alpha Eh, if I had magic, I'd treat it like a science and try to understand it's inner workings and how it fundamentally functions.
@DYBAD: I tried using all the cheats at the beginning of GTA IV. It didn't get as boring as I originally thought, but I did find more enjoyment out of using one or two cheats (that didn't jeopardize me getting the trophy "Cleaned the Mean Streets") and the added challenge made it a lot more fun.
