I say weak force since it can disintegrate and manipulation radiation so a shockwave of this power can cause plenty of destruction for example a shockwave of microwaves or intense solar energy that’ll burn everything (accidentally pressed electromagnetism)
I'm not good in this domain, but me I vote for the strong force, with it you can literally disassemble the mater in his smallest known scale ( the quarks ) and create more energy by separating quarks
