I voted for fire manipulation because honestly I bit of a pyromaniac and also because fire is nature’s most transformative element. Think about you have a forest fire and yes it scorches countless flora and fauna but afterwards the area is made more bounteous. But I think lightning would be better because Sauce God 1.1 said one can move at incredible speeds meaning one could get from place to place nearly instantly and one could provide all of ones electricity needs without needing any connection to the electrical grid, one just has to be careful not to overload the electrical equipment one is using. Lightning may be flashy and dangerous but it’s only dangerous because it’s unpredictable and because we’ve so far been unable to harness the Immense amount of energy even a single strike contains. Once we figure that out then cities like Seattle and other predominantly inclement cities will have a nearly limitless power supply. Of course if we could figure out how to use rainwater for localized small scale hydroelectric power generation than the problem would still be largely solved.
