<p>Oh! By me. Yeah Chronarch is a fictional representation of me. He/I just used omnipotence to create them. I could have come up with a more "in depth" process but omnipotence works just fine. </p>

Use Omnipotence. im thinking about starting the DC version of The Harvester of Sorrow (trust me there powerset will be way different) I have to think about the starting point and the end point for this Harvester, who has no prior knowledge of his Marvel counterpart. the only thing connecting them is the name, the power absorption, and goal. </p>

<p>okay here it is the DC comics. Okay so I actually think harvester could actually get all the way up to the Presence. Here me out. Dc doesn't have a HUGE gap in the form of the Celestials, but it would be tough for harvester to actually get a good start since there arnt that many weak superhero's with superpower. But I think this Harvester could absorb every single of DC's 52 universes and then go on into the 7 other multiverses out side of the God Sphere and eventually the only being left with super powers would be the Presence who would Defeat Harvester. here's a character list of DC Harvester </p><p>
Superpower(s): Power Absorption </p><p>Weapon: I cant think of one. </p><p>Weakness: Can take on the weaknesses of beings who he has absorbed, though it could be negated by other abilities or be made less effective. </p><p>Techniques.(these are the ones he has made himself or are note worthy) </p><p>Omega beams </p><p>Doomsday's op resurrection ability which makes him stronger after he is killed </p><p>Sun Drain: Drains the entire energy of a sun. </p><p>Boom tubes: basically worm holes </p><p>Speed Force </p><p>the ability of Lucifer and Michael of reality warping( Lucifer can shape creation to his will but can not create while Michael can create but can not shape what he had made.) </p><p>Time control </p><p>the anti-life equation </p><p>can resurrect entire armies from the dead. </p><p>MANY OTHER OP ABILITIES </p><p>Strength: Variable due to many factors, possibly omnipotence. </p><p>Range: possibly longer than Planet scale planet scale. </p><p>Speed: variable due to speed force. </p><p>Attack Potency: variable, most likely nigh-omnipotence. </p><p>Intelligence: possible Super intelligence due to Brainiac. </p><p>Stamina: Infinite due to many factors </p><p>

<p>As an addendum to my first list, i've set my sights on Legion, Zankou, Shao Kahn, Unnamed ninjas of the Shirai-Ryu and Lin Kuei clans, Cetrion, Scarlet Witch, alternate characters in the DC universe such as the blood league, Dax Novu the Dark Monitor, Despero, Mongul, and finally The Spectre.  </p><p>After ive done all that i'll consume entire anime fictions, including One-punch man, Dragon ball Z/Gt/Super, Naruto, Sword Art, Black Clover, My Hero Academia, and all the legendary pokemon. </p>

<p>I'd go after Breach (Generator Rex), then I'd teleport over to "Worm" and go after Glaistig Uaine and then Eidolon. </p>

<p>I'd go after Franklin Richards, Squirrel Girl, or even Scarlet Witch. Or perhaps even my own OC as she has powers such as dual warping, meta teleportation, absolute psionic power, omnikinesis, and more that I'm too lazy to list. I probably wouldn't be able to get any of the characters above anyway unless I leeched on to someone else in the process. </p>
