</p><p>4. If you break any of the rules you get four strikes one is a warning two leaves your OC inactive for two turns. 3 is a temporary ban 4 Is a Permanent Ban.
</p><p>5. No loopholes of any kind.
</p><p>6. Weapon users are allowed but the weapons capabilities fall under the same rules that OC’s do.
</p><p>7. Your Character can have custom abilities up to 5.
</p><p>8. As a general rule the more powerful the Oc the greater the limitations no exceptions and, each OC must have a limitation.
</p><p>9. You can have up to Four OC’s
</p><p>10. No ganging up on OC's unless the user says it's fine.
