My knowledge about Weak Force is below par, however I believe it has something to do with radiation. Microwaves can be formed with it. As for how it makes radiation, I’m pretty sure that it is the mechanism of interaction between particles that causes radioactive decay (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, etc.)

Strong force is the force that holds atoms together. Since the strong force is so... well... strong, it makes it very difficult to acquire usable energy through nuclear fusion like in the Fallout games. With it you can basically control atoms and subatomic particles directly.
