There is a possibility that the body of the second person rejects the blood. I don’t think anything outside of Absolute Will could do it in a heartbeat. Pun intended.

I think if the person had a blood transfusion Through some machine Permanent With the person with absolute Immortality she would be immortal, but if only for drinking she would heal from all the wounds of that hour, And that will only be possible if the blood is compatible

Yes, from Absolute Category there Omni_Healing, it allows for healing both its user and any other person, but since it's Omni it's not limited to humans but you can heal anything.

I think It depends on if his power allow the supernatural properties to be transformed so whoever drink his blood will benefit from that supernatural properties and be healed or regenerated. Or if the user have another skill that can bestow powers, so whoever drink his blood he will get immortality/regeneration.

It depends on if it is the blood that makes the user immortal. They may have been blessed by a god so the immortality only applies to them, or maybe it is acquired from an artifact of some sort.

If the blood itself of the user is blessed with immortality, and it doesn’t matter where it is, then you’ll need a blood transfusion (obviously in a realistic scenario; you could just drink it if you with it to be that way in a story.)
