Well, I mean, you could use it to lift stuff, burn stuff, dehydrate stuff, cut stuff, create shockwaves, remove the earth's atmosphere, move stuff via pressure, generate a vacuum space in the air, manipulate the air, cool things down and even freeze them or heat them up by vibrating the air to create heat, etc. You could also use the air to distort the path of light, thus allowing for invisibility and many other things.

The ability could be used to generate sound and thus used for long-distance communication, it could be used to stimulate machines into activity (create a mechanism where they can be turned on in response to air vibrations), and a lot of other stuff.

It's quite versatile.

Additionally you can gain much more application with chemical reaction of the different molecules of the gas like acid, explosion, fire, light ...

Against living organisms, it's pretty darn overpowered. You could easily defeat them, and even kill them.
