Organic manipulation. Biological manipulation is a specific area of manipulating organisms, while organic manipulation controls every aspect of that organic materials. I’m pretty sure it’s the same deal as metal manipulation being a specific area of inorganic manipulation. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Organic Manipulation should be superior in versatility. Biological manipulation can only control the biological assets of the world, while organic control allows you to control every organic material including fruits and such.
