Other heroes have done the same. But I feel like he's only strong when he's fighting for or protecting someone.
In one universe he becomes immune to kryptonite, the one thing that can harm him
Yeah but that's a different universe. I think Rebirth got rid of that. 🤔
He still seems way too powerful
With any other hero, they’d make the villain more powerful and the hero wins merely by whim, determination or chance. With Superman, if a villain is stronger than him, he gets a new power
I agree. Which is why DC needs to create more powerful villains. I feel like everytime the hero gets strong, they need to either make one of their villains stronger or create one. Or maybe give the hero a new weakness.
@Someone Curious Well how can you beat a guy that carried infinitely?
Sorry, I don't read comics. Who are you talking about?
People being in a complete denial of Superman being a Gary Stu (the male counterpart of Mary Sue) is so hilarious.
But yeah, Doomsday wrecks.
Doomsday. Hulk cannot kill doomsday in a manner that hasn't already been carried out. Having Infinite strength means nothing when the opponent can't be killed by any physical means, whether it be by sheer brute force or being disemboweled. Hulk has the skill set to be competitive, but not to win.
@Someone Curious Superman.
What do you think?
