It was a joke
Dating someone.
Drop a toaster in the bathtub, duh.
I would have enough time to learn everything I want to and do many things, [unless this Time Loop erases your memory by each iteration.] (It would just be an unchanging eternity in that case, with each timeline being the exact same day indefinitely; this is due to you not having consciousness of other timelines and thus acting as if this was the first— a possibility I'll ignore since it would for argument's/the post's sake)
Also, if you get to reset the loop each time you die (including the pain you were feeling at the moment), it would just make it far easier to mess around.
The biggest concern/problem I have with it would probably be the fact all my family members effectively losing their free will, plus being unable to advance through the eras. Even if you managed to develop technological innovations, you would need to have a solid understanding of their working in order to keep it; each new ”retry” would just wipe all the effects —save maybe your memories— from your current timeline... Do this over and over again, and you will likely lose your shit pretty darn quickly, becoming either paranoid or schizophrenic and descending further into madness by each day.
You would have yourself to depend on: mankind no longer stands by your side in times of need. You may call for 911 or other services for support, but their arrival will quickly lose its value as you progress through the possibilities you could have lived once in a lifetime — now your measure of time is no longer, time will vanish before your longing for the old days. Maybe once in a while you try jumping of a building, or even skydiving, but you still would have only so much to spare before doing what you feel like.
So, while it might sound like the coolest shit ever, a human's mind isn't made for such a degree of repetition. You will eventually be left to yourself, and only that. (Your family and any other relationship can't stand by your side as mentioned earlier, for anything they do will be reverted constantly. If they die, their very fate will be erased and reconstructed from where you began this hellish walk trip down the world's temporal axis.)
Edit: while there are many scenarios, to me this would likely be the most prominent until you just either become apathetic or accept your eternal cycle.
