To me Glitching is more multifaceted as to what it could do. Lagging is useful an' all, but I'm not sure it's the better of the two. Especially given that Lagging is a form of Glitching. But, even if we were to ignore that and even remove that possibility, there's still a lot more a law-bending ability can achieve than the ability to simply "stop" then "resume". If you wanted to make it an even playing field, then you could say Lagging is a guaranteed affect, whilst Glitching always has a random result, making it a gamble for what you get (good or bad). Even then though, I'd honestly might take the risk and choose Glitching. It's just too potentially powerful to pass up.
Glitch is a flaw in the logic of a game while lag is not.
Many games you can use a "Glitch" to bypass its logic and win or do impossible things, lag can't do that.
So in real life you can use "Glitch" to warp reality and do impossible things
Ski ball abuse
I'd rather have glitching than experiencing life with 2 fps
