Because conduits have what is known as the Conduit Gene, James Heller would win hands down.

Oh, this is a good one. However I'd go with Delsin on this one for better feats. At best Heller has destroyed a couple of buildings, while Delsin defeated Augustine, who encased an entire bridge structure casually and created a mountain sized mound at some point in one of the flashbacks (I think).
