Yes, having both powers will make you Metapotent.

Dear @Ducky Macfly since Metapotence is basically Omnipotence achieved thorough Logic Manipulation, I believe it cannot be achieved by such abilities. Even transcendence and ascension cannot make user omnipotent.

@Clara Sirius Oh, I see. Well in that case, then yeah, you couldn't technically achieve Metapotence even if you tried. You'll still be extremely powerful with Meta Ability Creation and Rule Transcendence.

It depends if MAC has the limitation though (not veing able to create Omnipotence expressions, otherwise it can create any power that is not Omnipotence itself).
