I think that Omnivarious have more chance do copy singularity than Remaking

Remaking probably could do it on an Almighty level, but it would be extremely difficult or outright nigh-impossible.

Omnifarious has the answer on the page itself (it can only do limited copies of Singularity users), but imo it could reach that form if you take it to the absolute abstract limit.
