It cannot create Omnipotence, Ultipotence,Metapotence etc.

It may struggle to create Omnipotent abilities such as Almighty Magic and other abilities of that level. but this is up to debate and can be different for users.

Anything below these boundaries is free reign. anything you can think of to this point you can do.

It probably cannot create another MAC. That would be super redundant unless it was a totally different system of creating powers than the previous one.
