If you mean, for example, how we in real life can turn solar energy into electrical energy, then yes the limitation should be finite amounts unless if this is a Superpower of said person that is very powerful user of this.

I guess so maybe something similar to how superman absorbs solar radiation and converts it into bio energy! Don’t quote me on that!
