Physical Augmentation because I think Power Augmentation requires you to have other powers beside it. you can still use it on others but I personally wouldn't want to be a support based person.

You can augment other people too, not just yourself.

Power augmentation, I'd be the support player. Not to mention I could weaken any powered foes down to my level
