Dragonborn but I can take on a more human form but I still have semi scaley skin. so basically something like:

Unlike others of my race. I am 100% immune to all forms of magic. I learned Anti Magic to it's fullest extent too.

Yeah, they'd be a human-angel hybrid, but they'd only have the powers that the OP listed. Not any of that Angel Magic/Reality Warping stuff that Jack could do.
