I am stuck between light and lightning because they both are the op of the bunch.

Lightning is cool and all, but I'll go with Fire for its greater mobility.

I love Ice so I have to go with that.

Lightining makes the user almost a living railgun lol

It has more mobility than most of these (excluding light).

A railgun uses a magnetic rail to propel a metallic projectile at high speeds, so how does shooting bolts of lightning from your hands make you a living railgun? And likewise, how does shooting bolts of lightning from your hands increase your mobility?

I meant as in releasing natural lightning which makes you able to cause severe damage (not only due to heat, but its speed too; mainly referring to the speed of a bolt, not the bolt being projected).

As for Electrokinetic Mobility, I suppose thunder? Maybe keeping metals on you and use them for that lol. But yeah... The shockwave should be enough to break the bones or let you use pseudo-levitation.
