@Krishh buddy I wouldn't say disintegration, it's literally explosion, where when the target/enemy explodes and haves blood everywhere (like Dr Manhattan did to Rorschach).
And The Boys' telekinesis users are Kinko's brother, a woman I forgot her name and (heavy spoiler) the senator Victoria Neuman (who actually is just head explosion inducement, isn't known if it is telekinetic or otherwise).
If I didn’t care if my targets died I’d grab ahold of each of their limbs and pull. If I wanted them alive but injured I’d pick them up by their chest and slam them into the ground a few times, hard enough to break bones but not pulp flesh. If I wanted them alive and relatively unharmed I’d make them trip, tie their shoelaces together, or force them to hold their breath until they pass out.
Maybe make a vortex of telekinetic blades but it might fall under "disintegration". If it does, I'll probably go with telekinetic bullet attacks. Imagine, a wave of telekinetic bullets being shot like a gatling gun
