Psychic Immunity page says it completely prevents its user from telepathetic communication. Is it an unbreakable rule or is that a case where user of Psychic Immunity could let someone read their mind? Or would that be Psychic Shield?

Psychic Immunity lets you become totally immune to it and in most cases cant let you control it. Psychic Shield only gives you very high Psychic Resistance and is mostly controllable to the user will, but in some cases if your Psychic Shield is really flawless then you can potentially achieve Psychic Immunity and control who and what gets in your mind.
@Yagworm I see. You mean Psychic Immunity is uncontrollable power but Psychic Shield can be developed to that point that could grant PI but also letting someone to enter mind.

And Anti-Psychic Presence is a combination of Psionic Negation and Psychic Immunity, which allows you to control who gets in your mind, who doesn't and who is able to do it (By negating them).

I think Emma Frost is a user when she's in her diamond form, and there was a time Onslaught (who has Psychopotence) couldnt even get into jeans mind (Who didnt had the Phoenix that time)
