You received from a mysterious being the ability to customize your body. You can change your gender, age, height (in a human level), color (skin, eye, hair, etc.), weight, etc.
Basically, you can change anything in your body, except personality, memories (or in other words, you can't change your mind, even intelligence) and race (you are still you and a human, but with another form).
Would you change your form? If yes, how it is your new form?
Remembering that since you choose your new form, you can't change it into any other thing, it is permanent and you can't turn into your original form and/or change into another form.
