I have never read a single comic about DC but thanks to this community I know he's a user of Adaptive Resurrection. If this is the only case, I think his immortality can be removed and bypassed. Remember that only Absolute Immortality is completely immune to these counters, IB and IR can remove/bypass up to Nigh-Absolute Immortality.

Someone of a higher dimension should be able to take him out.
