Casuality manipulation and almighty magic are both omnipotent so. Casuality is responsible for all supernatural phenomena and the most rational expresion of omnipotence, almighty magic is omnipotent magic which can do anything. It depend about power level. To explain which one win , first I need to say that magic itself hard to explain of how work because only what I can say is "just magic", more easy for casuality because "I snap fingers so I win". If fight will look like battle between two powerfull reality warpers with combat,blasts and tricks I will said casuality manipulation because can make every kind of cause to effect which will be his victory. It just my opinion , by the way I more like casuality manipulation so it's obvious that I will said that CM win against AM but still this doesn't change that I can be right.
