I know there's Meta-Variable Manipulation and Primordial Force Manipulation, but I feel like they don't lead to full-degree absolute change. Either way, are there any manipulation powers other than Primordial Force Manipulation and Meta-Variable Manipulation that could lead to Absolute Change to a full degree?
