I was thinking of making this a series. I see what you guys prefer when comparing two powers that are similar but have very different drawbacks/fine details. This isn't what is better or stronger, it is what you would personally prefer.
1. You can't die from aging or wounds but you will have to replace damaged parts of your body with new ones, as your wounds don't heal properly. If you wanted to replace your arm, you would have to take it from a living person/animal and suture it on. Once it is attached, it is your new arm and functions as if it was always there. To replace an eye, you just pop the new eye into the socket. Your sense of pain is diminished, this could be bad as you won't be able to tell how damaged something is until it is too late.
2. You heal from any wound near instantaneously and do not physically age past your current point. But, once you live 100 years past your life expectancy, you will die. This is different from person to person. Your natural life expectancy could be 67 while someone else's could 100. Your sense of pain is heightened. Breaking your arm will feel like you broke both arms.
In both cases drugs and alcohol won't effect you, and you're rendered sterile
