Teleportation
1. You can teleport yourself and others if they are touching you to any location within your line of sight. But, your body will feel like it has walked/swam/climbed that distance, so repeated use will begin to stack up and make you physically exhausted. If you take someone with you, you take on their feeling of having walked/swam/climbed that distance on top of your own. The more people, the bigger the strain. The only objects you can take with you are your clothing, and whatever is in your pockets.
2. You can teleport objects within your line of sight or in physical contact with to other locations within your immediate vicinity. You could teleport a drink from a table to your hand, keys from your hand onto a key hook. But, the object must be able to be moved, you have to see the location in which it will be teleported too, and your body will feel like you carried the object(s) in question. The heavier the object, the bigger the strain.
Both powers cannot be teleported to a spot that already has something occupying that physical space and if the strain is too great; you will black out or even be killed. You're not actually physically harmed but you will feel exhausted.
