This energy field appears to be nigh-indestructible, letting the subject smash through nearly anything without any damage whatsoever. Their perception is also highly accelerated, allowing them to move at those speeds while still being able to experience their surroundings.
It was thought the subject could only manifest this energy field while flying but has shown the ability to manifest a much weaker variant when not in flight. This weaker variant generates low level light and renders the subject highly durable but can be damaged with sufficient force (high powered firearms, immense blunt force, extremely sharp and durable blades). It is speculated that subject could survive the vaccum of space while in flight and might be able to achieve even higher speeds.
