A mysterious person known as an Outsider, appears before you one day. The outsider tells you that you’ve been chosen by a “higher power.” He mutters something under his breath, that sounds like no language you’ve ever heard of. His eyes glow a dark golden hue as a half halo appears above his head. The Outsider proceeds to make a hand gesture, as he does so, you feel a burning sensation on the palm of your left hand. When you observe your hand, there is a five-point pentagram on your palm. Sensing your questions, he gives you a short explanation of this new situation. He explains that a conjunction of worlds is about to take place, and all mythical creatures will soon exist. The world is not prepared for such an event and will suffer many losses. To combat this, a higher power has chosen to give certain people an ability. These people are called “Summoners.”
He then hands you a small black book, simply titled “Summoning.” The book has many pages, although only two of the pages have words, the rest are blank. The first page has detailed instructions on summoning, the second lists four creatures: The Gorgon, the Hellcat, the White Horse and the Qilin.
He then tells you that you must summon a creature from this book within two weeks, before the conjunction occurs. Also stating that your first summoned creature is the most important, as it will awaken your set of abilities tied to your summoned creature. It will be permanent. He begins fading like mist before your eyes, leaving one last remark.
“You are one of the few chosen, a Summoner. It’s now up to you to save your world.”
Gorgon: The Gorgon appears to you as a beautiful maiden, to everyone else however, she appears as a hideous monster. The Gorgon’s power can affect you, the Summoner. Blood taken from the right side of a Gorgon maybring the dead back to life, and blood taken from the left side may be instantly fatal poison. They are very cold beings, and treat everyone and everything with disdain. As they have always been perceived as dreadful creatures. (As such, complementary remarks can help to form a bond with her.)
Hellcat: The Hellcat is a demonic being in feline form. This creature has the ability to wield Ice-Fire. It is very ferocious to it’s and your enemies. It can be quite difficult to form a bond with, as they have a rather angry disposition. However once a bond is formed, it will (obviously) be a lot more playful and friendly to you. Essentially acting like a house cat. Additionally, the Hellcat can not cross running water.
White Horse: As a rare and or distinguished symbol, a White Horse typically bears the hero or god-figure in ceremonial roles, or in triumph over negative forces. They are divinatory and will warn of danger. A White Horse can manipulate light and can heal via solar energies, among other things. It is extremely difficult to form a bond with this being. The White Horse must find you worthy, if not, you will not fully benefit from it’s divine nature and power. Nor will you be able to fully bond with him/her.
Qilin: Qilin only punish the wicked. They act almost like judges, based on Qilin divinely knowing whether a person is good or evil, guilty or innocent. Qilin can become fierce if a pure person is threatened by a malicious one, spouting flames from their mouths and exercising other fearsome powers that vary. Those powers are based on you, and what type of person you are. Qilin are usually easy going, and it is easier to form a bond with one if you are a good person.
Bonding with your summoned creature is paramount. The bonding process happens between souls. Your soul will slowly synchronize with your partner’s soul. Once you have fully been accepted by your partner, your bond will become eternal and unbreakable. (This is why I call them your partner, because they will be your best friend and will be with you forever.) They can speak human language, and once your bond has reached a certain point, you can communicate telepathically. Your new partner and you will be at your weakest when first summoned.
There are two powers that you will attain upon summoning and forming a contract. Furthermore, these four creatures are the Alphas of their respective species. (Also, worth noting, each of them look like they do in the pictures, unless you have a different picture you’d like to use, which is fine.)
The Gorgon. The powers you will attain from the Gorgon are,
The Hellcat. The powers you will attain from the Hellcat are either,
Ice-Fire Manipulation or Hell-Fire Manipulation (you can choose.)
The White Horse. The powers you will attain from the White Horse are,
The Qilin. The powers you will attain from the Qilin are,
(This might not be my best work, just something I thought of for fun. I apologize if it’s lacking.)
Chose the Qilin. I like it’s own powers and the powers that i attain from it also it being a sort of judge sounds really cool to me.
