I don’t think the person would be considered transcendent, I don’t think it’s that powerful compared to other transcendent powers. I do think that it can be used on a atomic/subatomic level and I think it could used all the way up to a planetary scale. I don’t think it’s as powerful or more powerful than Omni Psionics because Omni Psionics is access to to the strongest most dexterous versions of all Psionic powers were as cosmic telekinesis is just the strongest most dexterous telekinesis

Cosmic telekinesis is more about strengh ,but not versatility

@Clara Sirius  in my opinion, no. omni powers are absolute at least the strongest in the specific area of powers but cosmic telekinesis isn’t even the most powerful telekinesis on this wiki and manipulation of atoms doesn’t mean you can manipulate all things. Cosmic telekinesis is the lesser of Omni manipulation which can by definition manipulate all things 

I mean, you can virtually do anything if you can manipulate matter on atomic scale @Imnotcomical I only ask if CT is nigh omnipotent?

I say no it’s not because Omni manipulation is said to bec nigh omnipotent and cosmic telekinesis is said to be the lesser version of that

@Imnotcomical I don't think Omni-Manipulation is just nigh omnipotent because you can see powers like Alpha Reality or Meta Power Manipulation, which exceed far beyond Nigh Omnipotence. Nonetheless, you can know there's diversity between various forms of NO and two characters may be so but one could be way stronger than the other one. I ask, maybe Cosmic Telekinesis would be nigh omnipotent but on a lower degree than Omnikinesis? It has Physics Manipulation (which is nigh level Reality Warping) and Subatomic Manipulation, which is extremely close to Quantum Telekinesis. Would it be so?

I still say no purely because cosmic telekinesis does let you do things like manipulate physics, and atoms but Omni manipulate can manipulate things that don’t have necessarily have matter or energy to them like a soul, or a dream. It can manipulate concepts like logic and time. and cosmic telekinesis is powerful but I don’t ever see it doing those things and I would never consider it nigh omnipotent.
