There is a lot of things a telekinesis user can do, but it really depends how powerful they are. If they can manipulate molecules or matter at a subatomic level then they could just disintegrate their opponent. Or they could crush their brains, rip their limbs apart, choke them, decapitate them with a telekinetic blast or burying the opponent in different materials etc.
