King of Heaven and the Lord of Hell, two beings of opposite forces, two beings of unknowable power. The war between them has raged for who knows how long in the span of eternity but now it all has gone silent. The King of Heaven and Lord of Hell are dead. The multiverse could hear both of their death cries as they fought each other to their mutual demise, and in the wake of this the multiverse was left to wonder. When all existence and it’s concepts are left rulerless, what happens. Now we know, God comes. The Supreme Being has an infinite number of names but one of the simplest and most apt is simply God, the one and True God. Long ago this being built our reality on concepts, the metaphysical forces that ensure everything’s existence. Many beings were made to act as representations of these concepts, but over time they killed each other, seizing each other’s powers for their own in a war to rule over all existence until only The King of Heaven and the Lord of Hell remained, each wielding half of all existence against their opposite. In the wake of their death the Supreme Being has returned, and now is giving out the concepts once again to a new collection of people. You are now one of these, you have been made a concept incarnate, what will you do?
Rules/Info:
-The reason King of Heaven and Lord of Hell has opposite powers is because no being may hold two opposite concepts. You can’t have both fire and water for example, or both life and death. Or both Science and Magic. Nor any concept that is a combo of two opposite concepts. In the end if you new concepts destroy each other there will once again be two opposite conceptual beings of equal power.
-Your concept can be essentially anything except for things like “supremacy” or “perfection” or “undefeatability” or any other “haha I win” concepts. ONLY ONE INITIAL CONCEPT!!!
-Not all concepts have opposites, for example balance. Having a concept with no opposite lie balance does not grant you the ability to have opposite concepts though, it simply gives you more options for what concepts you want to gain first before others are locked away.
-You may have any starting powers so long as they are not omnipotent in their power level or any kind of, absolute, almighty, transcendence, defiance, unlosability, perfection, Arsenal or other “I win” OP powers. Nigh-omnipotence or nearly is around the baseline for conceptual beings and is generally expected, you’re essentially a god.
-As a conceptual being you cannot die unless killed by another conceptual being. No concept or power/ability you have can prevent you from dying if another concept kills you.
-Every concept has conceptual servants. Essentially servants to fill out your will, think the King of Heavens angels and the Lord of Hell’s demons.
-Your conceptual servants may have any powers except for Omni, absolute, almighty, ascendance, ascendant, adaptive, transcendence, transcendent, unlosabiltiy, perfection, Arsenal, defiance, or any kind of power/ability replication/absorption/creation/destruction/manipulation/mastering/transcendence or by kind of growth type abilities
-Your conceptual servants can only grow in power from your directly granting them more power, but you can only have a limited number of powered up servants. The more servants you power up the less powerful the boost is, why do you think there were only 12 archangels and 9 Demon Lords.
-Every concept also has a realm. A section of reality they create and they control, think Heaven and hell. This realm can be anything you want it to be.
-Concepts mostly fight using their servants, it is a dark day for whatever universe is nearby when two concepts actually fight each other. Servants may be weak compared to a concept but a concept backed up by their servants will always defeat one who isn’t. Strategy, subterfuge, armies, everything a normal war has will be needed to fight and win should you wish to fight.
-After the powers are granted the Supreme Being is leaving. Within our reality you hold near-omnipotent power but you are still limited to our, admittedly still infinite in size, multiverse, and cannot leave it without sacrificing your own powers as they are linked to it. However the Supreme Being will likely never return and you are free to do as you please in our infinite multiverse.
-This could end in bloodshed as it did before, concept slaying concept until only two remain. Or it could go peacefully, up to you all
-No concept can control another, nor can they control another’s realm or servants. If you want what another concept has you will need to slay that concept to take it, there is no taking control secretly, this is war.
