Someone explain how invisibility is better

I was hoping someone could explain that

Invisibility - Literally No One Can See You

Camouflage - Someone Can Find You But Very Hard

But in some cases if you have invisibility you have to be naked when using the power

Imagine being in a desert and you decide to camouflage yourself, you’d have to lie down to take full advantage of that power, or else you’d look like a walking tree trunk if you change your color to mimic sand.
