What are Doctor Manhattans main powers? Like what category would they fall into?

Hey y’all so I’ve been trying to wrap my brain around this for awhile but what EXACTLY are Doctor Manhattans powers? Like in DC it says he posses nigh-omnipotent but i kinda have to disagree cuz for some reason his powers to affect magic of dc universe was beyond just quantum level power n even beyond nigh-omnipotence due to not being in his own universe, so like maybe metapotence since he’s till learns different powers or is that ultipotence?

Physical Godhood, or just Nigh-Omnipotence already.

Affecting magic doest make Dr Manhattan have some other different or superior power, because there are lots of different of nigh-omnipotents, and there are ones with magic (Omni-Magic, the magical N-O), science (Physical Godhood, the scientific N-O), psychic (Psionic Godhood, the psychic N-O), etc.

@Can Perk @RyanKraftBR i get that but its the fact that everyone has made it clear that magic and science are two separate things so the fact that doctor manhattan can manipulate another universes variation of magic and yet still be considered only scientific based doesn’t seem right at all
