Oo i was toying with a similar idea in a different way via meta summoning. The entity mask the purpose was the summoner to self bestow via a summoned object like a ring or something to bestow the summoner enhanced learning ability then the summoner would take out the mask and put it on. Then the summoner would name an entity like martian manhunter and for a time the mask transforms the wearer Into martain manhunter then he understands his purpose is to teach the owner of the mask how his powers work so he teaches him. So this way the summoner can use EAL to replicate learn or master manhunter powers then then turn back into a mask then the summoner now has full access to martian man hunter ability without changing his physiology then he calls forth another entity and the mask becomes whatever entity the owner wants.
