Telepathy would definitely be the most efficient way to tell if their lying

Enhanced Senses would give me Vibration Detection and Empathy is really just worse Telepathy.

Illusion Awareness only works when the person uses illusions.

So Telepathy or Recog/pre is best bet

Lie is just an illusion of truth so Illusion Awareness can work.

Empathy can work if you use it Visual Empathy to see someone Aura shift everytime they lie.
