Basic Story: On July 22nd, 2021, the state of California will be hosting it's second B.M.A.R of the month. While it's somewhat controversial due to the state being large enough to get by with just one per month, a Level 1 Threat with a powerful Ability was defeated and captured last week, and the need for more members in and around the state has become apparent. As this threat is analyzed and contained within Alcatraz, the B.M.A.R will take place in Los Angeles. Many members of the L.A.R.C.S, both old and new are anxious to see the results of the test, as well as what threats may show up soon.
Rules:
Don't make your OC too powerful. All Abilities have limits, drawbacks, weaknesses, and conditions.
Try not to have too many similar Abilities. While some specific ones may be common and some types are more notable, try to have variety in the wordplay used for your OC's Ability. Just using a basic generation/manipulation type power will get boring, so get creative.
To avoid too much clutter, try and either limit the number of OCs you make, or have the others ready in case your main one is incapacitated, killed, or otherwise removed from what's happening.
