Beginning:
On July 22nd, 2021, in Los Angeles, California, the second B.M.A.R test of the month is taking place. Due to events that occurred a week earlier involving a Level 1 Threat, more members are needed, and new people are encouraged to join through the test. Plenty of people are also attending to get a promotion within the L.A.R.C.S, or to simply watch the newer members get introduced. Within the SoFi Stadium, the B.M.A.R has officially begun.
