Personality : The best words to describe him is cold and charismatic, Ichirou is a very charming guy people often find themselves drawn to him, he really dislikes cheater and people who play unfair. He will kill anyone who gets in his way especially those he doesn't like, he is also very determined and ambitious, he will never give up and will try his hardest to succeed. His will power is described as near-infinite, seeing as he will never give up and like I said he is very determined.
Oracle/Ability :
-Psychic Capacitor : This ability allows Ichirou to accumulate an endless amount of psychic energy within his body, he can manipulate the energy in a variety of ways such as, generating powerful blasts, creating constructs, he could also create powerful barriers using this psychic energy, using it to augment his physical capabilities and so much more. It should also be noted he can use his stored psychic energy to boost his psychic powers, cause his psychic powers do not use his psychic energy, unless his uses it to enhance them
-Energy Transference : This ability allows him to transfer his psychic energy to others or to objects, doing this he can artificially create espers or just enhance the esper-based powers of others. He can also recall all the psychic energy he has transferred to others and objects, not just that but if he has given his energy to another esper he could not only recall his energy, but their energy as well.
-Energy Absorption : This allows him to absorb psychic energy in all forms, meaning psychic energy attacks are essential useless against him, seeing as he could simply absorb oncoming attacks. The absorbed energy can be added to his accumulated amount or he could simply just use it after it has been absorbed.
-Energy Conversion : This one allows him to absorb any and all forms of energy and the absorbed energy can be converted into psychic energy, so this is a very useful ability, cause this makes him basically immune to all energy-based attacks.
-Telekinesis : Ichirou can use this ability to manipulate and levitate matter, he can use this ability to generate powerful shockwaves, he can transmute all kinds of matter and use this ability to fly and levitate others. He can also use his telekinetic prowess to manipulate energy and external forces. His telekinesis is so advanced he can not only manipulate matter and energy on subatomic level, but he can actually control various other physical phenomena such as, the fundamental forces of the universe, space and time, controlling his or others biological processes and structures, he can also manipulate technology and technological devices, he can use it to shapeshift, he can also use it to affect and manipulate the powers and abilities of others.
-Telepathy : Telepathy allows Ichirou to manipulate and alter the thoughts of others. He can also interact with and manipulate other cognitive and mental faculties and processes. He can enter dreams of others, he can manipulate the memories of others or himself, he can perceive invisible phenomenon and psychological phenomenon, he can also manipulate the personality of others and etc.
-True Illusion : This is one of Ichirou's most formidable and powerful abilities, it allows him to turn any illusion into a reality, whether it is his or others he can make it a reality.
-Extrasensory Perception : This ability can be used to predict and perceive the movements and actions of all things around him.
-Teleportation : Ichirou can teleport anywhere he wants, but he first travels into subspace and then from there he can go anywhere he wants.
-Psychocompetence : He can acquire and learn new skills, through the use of his psychic powers.
-Element Manipulation : Probably one of his most useful powers, this ability allows him to manipulate, generate and alter elements, he has shown the ability to manipulate Fire, Smoke, Water, Wind, Sand, Earth, Electricity, Ice, Plant-Life and others.
-Gravity Control : Ichirou can manipulate and interact with gravity, he can negate some of it's effects, distort the space-time continuum, create powerful black holes and if used precisely he can manipulate the very planet and even potentially destroy it.
-Psychic Intelligence : Ichirou is very intelligent, his heighten intelligence is thanks to his psychic energy, his cognitive and mental faculties are also heighten thanks to psychic energy.
-Replication : Ichirou can create perfect clones of either himself or others, though the clones can easily be destroyed.
-Power Output Control : This allows him to manipulate the output of his or others esper powers, this is especially useful when his emotions overwhelm him.
-Explosion Inducement : Ichirou can create explosions of varying effects and scale. He can use it to destroy entire cities from a distance or even create small ones to annihilate the surrounding environment.
-Psychic Muscle Development : Ichirou is very physical capable and can enhance his muscles and strength by using psychic energy, this also allows him to manipulate his own muscles however he sees fit.
-Astral Projection : Ichirou can manifest his spirit outside of his physical body. He can use this ability to possess others and objects and if his physical body were to be destroyed he could live as his astral manifestation.
-Electromagnetism Manipulation : This ability let's him effect, interact and manipulate electromagnetic phenomenon, he can use it to also effect all kinds of physical phenomenon.
-Aura Mimicry : This allows him to copy and replicate the powers and abilities of others, esper or not. He does this by first scanning and then permanently copying their powers. Once he has copied someone's powers he can mix, modify, refining, transmute, reverse and transfer these copied powers. He can basically manipulate the copied powers however he sees fit.
-Spiritual Force Harnessing : This ability allows Ichirou a bunch of spiritual and soul-based powers, he can sense and perceive spirits, he can physically interact with spirits, meaning he can physically harm them, he can channel different spirits into his body to harness their powers, he can erase them permanently or temporarily, he can use soul energy and manipulate spiritual particles, he can seal a spirit within an object or person, he can manipulate spirits to do his bidding, he can use various other soul-based abilities, he can also merge and manipulate the spirits bodies and attributes.
-Flawless Precognition : Ichirou can perfectly predict the future and all future events/occurrences. He can use the gained information to determine his next move to victory and so on.
-Boundless Inner World Manipulation : Ichirou has stated that is one of his most powerful and versatile abilities, it allows him to manipulate a boundless inner world that he created as a young child, this world can be changed however he wants it, he can externalize anything from this world, whether it be unexplainable phenomena, reality warping entities, powerful objects and weapons, even externalizing the powers and abilities of other beings from this world for himself or others. Or he could simply pull himself and others into his world, where he is essentially the most powerful being ever, capable of anything he wants to achieve. He could also just link his world with the real world to warp reality to an extent.
-Vector Manipulation : A simplified, yet effective variant of telekinesis, he can use it to manipulate the magnitude and direction of matter, though he uses this ability to more or less just control other phenomenon, besides matter.
Backstory : Little is known about Ichirou's past, this is because of him erasing the available information the government had on him. Though some stuff are still known about. Ichirou was born in Japan and was born to a poor family, he lived in the outskirts of Japan and his family were farmers. Though his parents died in a fire that was caused by unknown masked assassins, after this he somehow ended up in America and became an orphan.

I lived a fairly simple life with my parents and younger brother. My father worked for a research company and my mother was an accountant. Life went on as it did, but stuff with my father went a bit weird, for he always came home exhausted and he started acting paranoid. I was worried and went to talk to him, but he said it was okay and it was just the jitters. I left with that and it was a choice I regret to this day, for my father held to a secret that caused the end of everything. Unbeknownst to me, my father's company had come across a create that held unique technologies and its knowledge would work great for mankind, but the company wanted profits and wanted to use the technology for weapons. One of such weapons was to create their fated Super Soldier.
My father discovered this and wanted to stop them, for this would cause chaos and conflict on a unheard scale, but the company found it. He knew they knew and were going to either coerce or kill him. He knew this would affect us, but for mankind her destroyed not only the craft and all their research, but also took their completed serum and unknown to me, gave it to me. To say that the company was furious would be an understatement, and they sent a serial killer, disguised as a robber to our house. I was just coming home from school hen I saw him and the torture he put my family through. Something came over me and I went berserk. I came to him and ripped him piece by piece ending him painfully, but that is when the cops came in. Seeing the carnage and seeing me full of blood, they saw me as the suspect. I tried to explain, but they would not listen. The company, to cover their tracks, used all their means to have me imprisoned indefinitely, and I was. I was in jail, but found my newfound abilities and trained them to get solace from the evil of that company. I am a force of nature, and may God have mercy on those that cross my path.

Paradox Manipulation: After traveling throught the Paradox Space a parallel universe that didn't obey any of the rules of reality. Eric entire existence was completely rewritten into a paradox, this make him surpasses and ignores the laws of reality, logic, common sense, etc, allow him to cause anything to happen or not happen. For example, he can dodge an attack even if it's logically impossible, land an attack before even launching it, use a weapon so powerful he can't logically use it, or use an infinite mass attack etc.
BACKGROUND: Little is known about Eric past, this is because his existence was rewritten,making his old life is completely erased. He's now has no origin in either the past or future, leaving his existence a paradox that cannot be resolved.

-Magic : Inspite of being called magic, it isn't actually the practices of the mystic arts and the use of magical abilities, but the reasoning for it's name is cause of it's versatile applications and abilities. Though an exact description of this ability cannot be given, suffice to say it is none the less still useful and versatile. Some of the applications include :
-Flight : Shirou has demonstrated the ability to fly, though he doesn't exactly know how he does it. Though another superhuman has stated that it looks like he creates footholds in the air to perform somewhat of a psuedo-flight
-Superhuman Physical Characteristics : This ability allows Shirou to perform superhuman feats, such as destroying entire skyscrapers with one punch and running fast enough to run on both clouds and water. All his physical capabilities are boosted to supernatural levels.
-Matter Creation : A powerful ability that let's Shirou create any kind of object or inorganic matter out of thin air.
-Inventory (Dimensional Storage) : Inventory an ability let's the user store any inorganic matter in a personal pocket dimension, this dimension can only be accessed by Shirou and he mainly keeps his weapons and powerful items inside the dimension.
-Elemental Manipulation : This ability allows Shirou to create, shape and manipulate various elements and elemental forces, he can combine elements or transmute one element into another. Shirou personally favorite element is ice/cold, he mainly uses it to create constructs or instantaneous freeze oncoming attacks or even just use it for powerful blasts or beams.
-Shapeshifting : Shirou has shown the ability to change and manipulate his own form however he sees fit, such as turning body parts into weapons or just regenerating from powerful attacks.
-Ability Copying : One of Shirou's most powerful and versatile powers it allows him to copy and replicate the powers, techniques, skills, traits and abilities of others. All he has to do is see these things in action to copy it.
-Energy Absorption : This ability allows Shirou to absorb can endlessly amount of any kind of energy. He has shown various ways of absorbing energy as such physical touching it, setting up a field in which where all energy is naturally drawn to him and so on.
-Ability Adjust : Think of this ability as a combination of Power Refining, Power Modification and Power Transmutation, it allows him to rewrite, modify, alter, change and transmute any of his abilities however he sees fit.
-Information Analysis : This ability allows Shirou to mental analyze and access data and information on any given phenomenon or target, though he is question has to be able to sense/perceive it or see it
-Unexplainable Matter Manipulation : Another versatile and unique ability, this power allows Shirou to create, alter and manipulate, a type of matter which defy the laws of physics and can do illogical things. This material can be shaped however he wants it and can merge different materials for unique effects.
-Phase-A-Body : Allows Shirou to turn intangible and invisible for about 24 hours.
-Output Control : Shirou can use this ability to control the output of others powers or his own powers, he can use it minimize or maximize the output of others or himself.
Now this isn't an entire list of the applications of the ability, but it is just some out of the millions of abilities he has and some of these are quite powerful, but do to the lack of understanding of his ability it looks like it can do realistic anything he wants and manipulate/adapt his ability to do anything for the current situation, that's how I think teh ability works, but I could be wrong
Background: Shirou was born in America, though he was given his name by his mother, who died after giving birth to him. Shirou was born on the 21st of October in California, growing up Shirou was abused by his father, who blamed him for the death of his mother. One day after coming home from school he found his father sleeping on the couch, that was pretty average, but what wasn't average was the fact that the TV was on his father would rarely watch television during the day and Shirou wasn't allowed to watch television.
Though what Shirou saw on the TV was a group of super-powered individuals fighting a monster and this was Shirou's interaction with superheroes, after seeing these heroes taking down the monster he decided from that moment on to strive to become a superhero. He told his father about his dream of becoming a superhero, but his father said that he will work in his father's fast food restaurant. Shirou looked into his father's eyes and said no I will become a great hero and save the world, his father immediately grabbed his belt and said you dare disobey me boy and proceeded to beat him.
Though in that exact moment Shirou unlocked his special ability and this shocked his father and caused his father to fear him. Shirou than used his powers to rewrite his father's memories and send him into a coma, Shirou left his home beyond and he would change his last name to his mother's. After this event he moved in with a young lady and from here on Shirou's dream of becoming a hero happened when he saved the city from a gang of four powerful villains and became the youngest superhero ever.
