Definitely Attribute Manipulation, you could manipulate anyone's mental and physical condition at your will, enemies, friends, leaders, the list goes on. I could probably make myself a superhero if I wanted to.

I could make my enemies so weak that they would die instantly by a drop of rain or make myself have super intelligence or superhuman strength. I would have the ability to save a sick dying relative as well. I would be a demi-god.
