But TOBA hasn't created anything similar same scale as the TOAA

They created a dark copy of everything TOAA created beneath TOAA’s creation, and also created good things, again, like the Hulk. An anti-god isn’t always omnipotent, but in certain settings they are either because they are the true god of the reality and are just evil or they are another aspect of the same omnipotent god as the “good” one

But shouldn't Omnipotence Beings should be beyond dualities like Creators (Monotheistic Deity) and Destroyers (Anti-God)?

@Kyoku123 Thats up to the omnipotent being. If they want to exist in two separate but equal forms, they can, if they want to exist in infinite equal forms they can, because in no case is there ever truly more than one of them, it’s the same being wearing different faces

Yes and No, like everything to do with omnipotence it is just a giant cosmic cheat-code and anything can happen if an omnipotent being activates a code, likewise anything can be banned from happening at any time if an omnipotent being de-activates a code.

People concerned about duality should try and move away from the "bearded figure in sky" depiction of the almighty, in many many settings God exists in multitudes of forms, some are so extreme that every single atom is its own fully functional God, all working as part of a greater whole.

A fully omnipotent being is both infinitely benevolent and infinitely malevolent, thus can appear as the most loving Creator or the most destructive Devil and anything in-between.. they are both active in everything yet neglectful of all things.. supremely intelligence and supremely ignorant etc etc.
