Power Replication though assuming that not everyone has supernatural abilities I would make this power replicate things from movies or media but I have to know how to use the ability at first

Uhhhh um I checked and Desired Ability Manifestation is acceptable since there is no meta, trancandence etc... Best none OP but still OP power
