Question about Charged Particle Manipulation??

So I see on the list of applications/techniques of this power are pretty powerful but one of the techniques states that the user could control only one of the four fundamental forces (the weak force) but shouldn’t the user be capable of manipulating all fundamental forces since all the capabilities of this power allows for absorbing of cosmic energy along with particle/atomic/subatomic particles?

There are many fundamental forces such as gravity but to manipulate it you don't need charged particles, thus you can't control them

@Saspeaa123 Right but im also talking about the applications that come with this ability that allow the user to do as such without the use of charged particles so why is it limited to just one fundamental when it is capable of all? Which would be atomic manipulation, particles/ subatomic particles, and cosmic energy manipulation which can be absorbed by the user to allow manipulation of other types of energy right?
