Mind Manipulation: I would only use it on myself or people who explicitly request the use of this power on them. As time passes, I would eventually become dissatisfied with not being able to do anything about my body.

Body Manipulation: I would use it on myself as well as others but with the main intention of healing. However, I could also use that power on others to gain something in exchange (like money and influence) to make a living. As time passes, I would eventually become dissatisfied that I couldn't do anything about my mind.

Body Manipulation. Because: in addition to trying to easily acquire or imitate immortality and body modifications with this power, I could get more feats with BM than with MM.

Now everyone who pisses me off gets an extra nose.

So you all know how the most complicated structure in universe is build and you know how to alter brain with out making yourself retarded or worse? Brain manipulation and mind manipulation is not the same

I’d choose the Mind. With more experience and practice you’d eventually be on a Psionic level
