Some powers could cause a lot of inconveniences in day-to-day life like with super speed, waiting for something could be a nightmare considering how you’re so use to moving at fast paces. Or if you have super strength, you need to be careful with everything that you do like if you get frustrated, you can risk breaking any object that you’re holding. Some powers can also affect your social life in a negative way with some people wanting to associate with you only because you have powers or some people not wanting to associate with you because of a specific power that you have. Like if someone found out that you had something like telepathy, they’d probably get pretty uncomfortable and would probably try to avoid you in fear that you might invade their privacy by reading their thoughts.

Almost none if you have op powers like metasummoning or dimensional lordship but with powers like independent growing booster. You really wouldn't get a break you would get quest after quest after quest after quest after quest. Where would your quest actually end. I'd you had powers like speedster physiology you better make good money cause your metabolism is going to be the most expensive thing about you so food you would need to intake you would almost be unable to afford actually living. The other downside of speedster physiology is you are going to feel the minutes hours and seconds feel like forever (much like kids and adults with ADHD suffer from) you will be bored and trying to fill your time with something while everyone else is just catching up to you. Shape shifting you would be acting like everyone else so much you almost won't remember the real you anymore. Super strength you would not have be able to play video games or use a phone. You would need an expensive durable house and you hope that your partner doesn't die from your passion. Magic the muggles wouldn't understand why a cosplayer is acting so weird what if they can't see the magic you use. Golden luck so you are so rich that you will never worry about being broke that great. What about your kids and their kids what if the moment you die that power disappear and your so does your wealth how does your family support themselves now.

For me personally, I could get even less sleep and more anxiety. It’s great🫤

@Mysterylobo well I feel like with the Golden Luck thing, that is something that could be easily fixed by making sure that your kids are responsible when they get older and make sure that they make their own financial success instead of counting on you to be the breadwinner for them knowing that you’re not gonna live forever.

True @Jinx437 but those kids of yours wouldn't understand how to replicate what you the father or mother did to generate the same amount of income. They might feel like a failure or they are not doing enough. Sure they could be responsible.
