Ice Man has been stated to be an omega level mutant. Capable of freezing all of hell in a moment's instance. Whilst I personally believe having the power set of Rogue would be hard, as I'm assuming you gain the abilities but still are left in this universe. Therefore, there would be no powers to absorb, only skillsets.

Even if transported to the marvel universe with that powerset, you'll be getting dropped.
