Don't give me some lame Ans like "it depends on user or whatever" Nor something that's just plainly on the wiki.
I'm looking for answers that are adept and focus on detail possibilities and manipulation of Magic.

It's like smashing diverse interface with magic
Due to which, grants it all attributes and affinities to access
Allowing the user to manipulate anything via the concept
As it's on about energy and stuff, you can use magic in ways of manipulating energy
Applying the same applications and possible stuff onto it
As far as Omni-Magic extends uh yes
Any attribute/affinity you can think of and as another form of magic
Combine, Mutate, Evolve and so on. Magic that goes above and below
As for the affinity part uh, oooga booga you mix a concept with magic nad boom
There you have it.
So it's applications can just spiral endlessly into many more branches
Other than the usual limit of the settings, the only limit is.. Your imagination.
In conclusion by my braindead ass, yes
Same as @JakeNach
I think animes like toaru have some of the better explanations of magic imo. For example, I believe Toaru was the one that suggested that, fundamentally, magic hinges on one altering reality by tapping into some sort of common energy, be it some universal force, ley lines, or even God themself
So, then. If one were to view magic this way, then it really is an imaginary power. So long as you can visualize the "reality" you wish to enact on the world, and you have tapped into a power sufficient enough to enact that "reality"
For example, you wanna summon a roller blading T-rex familar who breathes pure methane? Fuckin sure, as long as you got enough juice for that, you go, dude. Have fun. You just wanna conjure water? Equally as fine
Because of that, i personally feel that abilities focused more on logic are really detrimental to magic. On one hand, basing your magic on reality would likely be much easier to envision, i feel like it massively restricts the potential of being able to use ones imagination in other to create what would otherwise be impossible
magic can be a type of science, the level of power is determined by the author and the world, it can work with feelings and reach incredible levels, it can use molecules or special energies, but the usually strong thing about magic is its potential , because magic not only increases personal power but can also increase those around, magic can be exploited in various worlds spells, weapons, techniques, meditations, mana, chants the application is variable and adapts to almost every situation, magic is a type of technology where you have to understand and study it, you have to do experiments, tests and you need a lot of investment resources, these things can vary through the author but in the end the magic remains something that helps you achieve a goal by simplifying, the magic can also be combined with technology and can complement each other, magic usually uses mana or magical energy
the potential of magic can vary from the type of world but in the end the way it can be exploited is wide, usually the magic is used through calculations, formulas and spells and it is very complicated but there are also authors who make sure that the magic is a derivative of the imagination, the difference is that the rationally based one (calculations, formulas, spells, seals, chants, texts, rituals, potions and more) have greater potential because knowledge can be extended to the whole society, so you can take advantage your knowledge a bit like technology but just that you don't always need objects to make them but you can do everything directly with mana, magic based on imagination usually wastes mana and requires a lot of imagination, memory and above all will and concentration , because if the image is not clear or floating it could cause problems for many rational and logical people it is more difficult but for the simpler ones it is easier, the problem is that the magic based on the imagination is difficult to implement and is limited by the human way of thinking and lived experiences, this power is a bit fluctuating because there are many ways to interfere with the magic such as insults, problems, blackmail and more , therefore one skilled in the control of the human heart-mind will be able to manipulate the enemy easily
I would also like to say that magic doesn't have to be something out of logic or reality because some worlds may not have technology and the only thing is magic in this case magic is a bit like technology in our world where it falls within the rules and does not alter them, magic must not violate physics, alter reality and other nonsense OP things because sometimes it is only the norm or logic of the world so everything depends on the setting, author and the world,
The applications and powers of magic are almost infinite, everything possible made from any kind of thing can be made or reproduced by magic, omnipotence, reality change, logic, dimension, magnitude from infinity to the plank, string and continue towards the 0 itself, the particular thing about magic is that it can be like a kind of science or something completely different, we call a little bit everything we don't understand or something exceptional magical because it is like something to discover and understand, magic does not has apparent limits and boundaries everything depends on the type of world in which the magic is inserted can connect or reject technology, it can be the evolution of technology or vice versa in short whatever you like because our concept of magic is defined by something imaginary and we can give it any attributes and powers we want

It depends on how the magic systems are used in media in their respective universes. I believe it has the potential to be powerful though. Although, the more powerful the magic, the more hazardous the drawbacks should be.
There is also magic where it's just first level spells however can destroy stars due to the power level of the magic user
Magic is an overall complicated topic because there's so many versions of it and its power is interpreted in several different ways. One could even "make up" their own magic system and that could determine how powerful magic can be. Personally, I like to limit my magic to the elements of the world but make them functionally less effective than the actual thing and make the drawbacks more harmful to the users in response to their output so no one using my magic system will be manipulating reality, space, or time through magic. All in all, everyone has their own different perspectives on how "magic" should work so you can ultimately choose how powerful you want your magic system to be.
What do you think?
