Assuming they are all to the same level:

Physical Godhood and Omni-Magic both require extensive study and practice of their respective fields in order to achieve their full potential effects. Omni-Magic may struggle to handle possessing every kind of magic, risking destroying themselves before they can achieve mastery.

Superpower Manipulation is good, but I honestly prefer Reality Warping. Not much else to say there.

Reality Warping can essentially achieve all the same effects as the other powers, but in a way that basically allows the user to simply imagine something happening or will it to occur. They can change reality around them in any way, regardless of the laws of physics/magic and the like. It may need practice, but it is just with the user's inherent capabilities, unlike with Physical Godhood and Omni-Magic, which both require study of science or magic respectively.

@SleepyTact If a being with physical godhood made an immortality machine, then gave the blueprints to someone, then they could also make an immortality machine if they have the needed materials and equipment.

Besides they already have technology under science why would you need to add the extra term reproducible if I may so ask, as for the case?
